Been here twice, first experience was terrible but am not going to get into that because the second was even worse. Tried to get a table but the lady said the kitchen needed to “cool down” even tho there was 5 tables open in plain sight. Offered to sit us at the bar which we were fine with but immediately after sitting us down at the bar another couple the same size as us and an even LARGER group after us were sat immediately even tho they don’t take reservations. Seemed to me that the larger group were good friends with the lady assigning tables even tho there were 4 other tables open. When we sat down at the bar we got drinks and even the bartender asked us if we’d like some food which makes no sense at all because I thought the kitchen needed to cool down??? Usually don’t take time out of my day to right reviews and will not be at this place again if you’d like a real restaurant I suggest going to Wilde across the street.
Initially, we had nothing but good things to say. Our first server was amazing! I don't recall her name but she's tall, slim with black and blonde hair. Customer service was awesome. We had a beer flight, pizza and a burger. Food and pics were great and then there was a shift change. Our second server never came to introduce herself. We caught her in passing to order drinks as she was rushing outside to tend the customer with the dog. We waited as she brought the dog food, played with the dog and then started playing in her hair. I asked if she could bring us ice for the water but also if she could wash her hands first because I had a dog allergy and saw her playing with the dog and in her hair. She stared at us and said sure but she never came back to the table. We received the drinks from the bartender and she was a good time as well. We caught the second server in passing the second time she went to rush to the customer with the dog and we requested the bill. The server brought the bill and I requested a paper copy of the receipt. I never saw the server again. No receipt no nothing. I don't remember if she said thank you. This would have been an awesome experience but the server with the jean shorts and tan/ brown shirt was terrible. We will definitely be back because the burgers were amazing and almost all of the customer service was on point, but we will probably sit at the bar or request the initial server if she's avail next time.
Just grabbed a quick drink here. The bar is open seating so we sat down immediately which was great. There was a 40 minute wait for outside tables at 8:30pm on a Saturday, so pretty average I think. I got the Honey Nut Cheers golden ale. It was really good! And the staff is so quick and friendly. We didn’t get any food so I can’t speak to that, but I would definitely come back for drinks again.
Love this spot! The food is delicious and the beer is great! When the weather is nice, they “open” the wall facing the street, which really brightens everything up inside.
One of my favorite spots now. Great burgers, fries, and beer. My only complaint is that the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich needs to be renamed. Honest to god a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich is hotter. I'll stick to the pizza and burgers.
