Chicago's first distillery/cocktail bar hybrid can be found in the West Loop. As guests sip on cocktails made with CH Distillery's own gin, vodka and whiskey, they will be able to watch as workers make the products.
The food menu is limited to bar bites, including caviar, cheese and charcuterie. Guests will also get the opportunity to tour the facilities.

We were in CHI for my dad’s 70th birthday and he loves bourbon so I scheduled a tour for our group of 8 of the distillery. I emailed prior to let them know he was a bourbon drinker - Cara was responsive and said she would be sure to focus more on their bourbons for our tour. It was great! We enjoyed the tour and tasting and Cara was wonderful.

I give 2 stars since the food is good here. But the drinks are $18 which is way higher than they're worth. They make the liquor that goes in them so you'd think the value would be better. I used to come here quite often because I live so close. Plus the cocktail menu hasn't changed in what seems like a year.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Drinks are unique and delicious, the food is mind-blowing, and the atmosphere is swanky and cool. The prices are great and I can’t wait to come back!

Oh my goodness. From the second I walked in, the staff was wonderful, welcoming, inviting, [insert positive adjectives]. Cara was a delight and the rest of the staff followed her delightful lead. Apparently bitter alcohol = super sweet staff.

I've been in the Chicagoland area for over 15years now...and yet this was my first experience of MALÖRT... And it will be the last time! :) Except for the Tequila and Japanese whiskey, the rest of it distilled onsite. Surprised that they carried Suntory Yamazaki. Enjoyed it with clear ice.
