From the rotisserie comes a beautifully browned half chicken as well as veg-forward dishes like cauliflower, with lemony yogurt and pistachio gremolata, which brings the dish up a notch and turns it into something you probably would not make at home.
The wood grill turns out vegetable dishes like Charred Broccoli (black pepper, buttermilk dressing, pecorino and crispy allium) and a Roasted Vegetable Plate as well as heartier options including Baby Back Ribs and a Grilled New York Strip (arugula, crispy confit potato, wild mushrooms, manchego and Bearnaise sauce). Any time of year, the flavor of a wood-grilled dinner is warming and wonderful.
With an onsite brewery, The Perch is committed to serving high-quality beer, available in a taster, glass or crowler, produced onsite and accompanied by a well-curated collection of bar snacks, including Homemade Corn Nuts, bacon-potato Croquettes, and Maple Glazed Cashews with bacon (Yes!).
