Revival Food Hall - Chicago
This massive collective from the team behind 16" On Center (Longman & Eagle, The Promontory, Punch House, Moneygun) plays up some of Chicago's top original concepts. Miniature versions of 15 restaurants are situated in a 24,000-square-foot marketplace called Revival Food Hall, which is on the ground floor of The National, a restoration of a historic 1907 Daniel Burnham-designed 20-story building.
For example, there's Smoque BBQ, from the award-winning restaurant on the Northwest Side of the city. There's also Antique Taco Chiquito, which boasts full-size locations in Bridgeport and Wicker Park. And Furious Spoon encourages diners to slurp its signature noodle dishes. There's also a stall where visitors may browse through books and records.
The unique concept is frequented primarily by shoppers and workers in the area. They may grab and go or dine in at communal tables. In addition to soft drinks, there are also beer, wine and cocktails available.
