Great quality meats. This butcher shop has a fantastic selection of sausages, smoke meats, cured meats, and more. There is definitely a waiting period with the long line of customers unless you arrive early, but I find the waiting acceptable given the end product, smooth queuing process, and time spent just looking at all the products on their shelves. I had a great time with the folks behind the counter; they were courteous by allowing me ample time to make my selection and knowledgeable by providing their own evaluation and recommendations. I especially enjoyed their Andouille sausages, kielbasa, and Weisswurst.

Just picked up some summer sausage, salami, salami sticks and smoked andouille sausage. I love this place. The fresh meat is amazing, I've never been led astray here.

Meat quality is good but prices are insane. $90 for a 5.4 lb choice brisket. Go to wild fork it’s cheaper and better

I used to be a fan of this place but today changed that. I waited 30 minutes to order a sandwich… when it was my turn to order the guy said the sandwich counter was closed literally 2 minutes after a few other people ordered one. I brought up that I’d been waiting 30+ min and the people right before me were served and his response was unprofessional, rude, and short. If your time is valuable to you, don’t go here. Never going here again. Overpriced and waste of time. 👎

Guys, Be careful they charge me 96 dollars before tax for 6 pound brisket check the receipt. I Don’t recommend for foreigners with different accent. It too shame to do this.

Do you want the best of everything meats? Go here. Get all of the cuts, get wagyu jerky, get one of 20 brats, then get yourself a sandwich that puts the chains to shame. Just remember to grab your number from the pig when you walk in.
