DO NOT waste your time or money here. My husband and I had about an hour to grab something before our ride was set to pick us up. We waited in line for awhile before asking the hostess how long the wait would be for 2 people from that point. She looked at her tablet, told us she had no clue how long it would be, and said, "I'll get to you when I get to you." Ridiculous, for someone in the service industry, to believe that to be an appropriate response. Because we aren't from the area, we had no option but to wait a bit longer going to be seated soon, which we thankfully were. We take the only thing she says is available, which is a table in the sun, but we don't mind because we're in a hurry and from AZ, so the sun doesn't scare us. After everything to that point, we're prepared with our full order to speed things along. Unfortunately, the terrible service continued as we sat for over 10 minutes while 2 servers checked on every table but ours. By then, our ride was 15 minutes out, and there was no chance we'd get our drinks, much less our food, in any reasonable amount of time. I spoke to a manager on the way out to make him aware of our horrible experience, and I got no sincere apology, several excuses, and no accountability for his staff's poor service. We will never return, and we'll be sure to recommend against anyone else doing so until they adequately address their customer service issues, from the hostess, to the servers, to the manager. If you're comfortable disregarding basic requests or valid complaints from your customers, you should absolutely NOT be in the service industry. Beware and avoid this place at all costs!
