Nico Osteria - Chicago
One Off Hospitality's first venture out of the Near West Side takes them to the Gold Coast as the luxurious Thompson Chicago's lobby-level dining establishment. Nico Osteria serves as the group's first-ever Italian restaurant, with former avec and Publican chef Erling Wu-Bower at its helm.
Expect an abundance of seafood-focused dishes with Italian and Mediterranean influences. Think white Negroni-poached halibut and grilled swordfish piccata. Nico has also made a name for itself for its outstanding array of house-made pastas. Wine, beer and cocktail menus complement the cuisine.
One Off Hospitality also owns avec, Blackbird, Big Star, Publican, Publican Quality Meats and The Violet Hour, all located on the Near West Side.
