Francesca's Campagna

The worse dinning experience I have every had. All the food was very under cooked or very overcooked. On top of that we had reservations for 10 people, they say we are seating you now. They seat 6 and tell the other 4 we will seat you now. 20 minutes later we are seated, but not given menus, silverware, nothing. The other six are drinking wine eating bread. 10 minutes later we are asked if we are ready to order, order what? The meals are served the Cesar salad has no flavor, the pasta is so under done it is tough and chewy, lobster is so overdone it is tough and chewy. Maybe the dish should be call tough and chewy. Every dish needed more or less cooking and please some kind of seasoning.

My partner and I have been to a few Francesca's restaurants, and this one is just as good as the rest. The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated and the food is clearly made fresh and on site. We ordered the seasonal special sweet potato soup and some standard entrees. All were brought to the table quickly and at the appropriate temperature. My only complaint is that the fresh ricotta cheese on top of the gnocchi was quite cold compared to the rest of the dish. Other than that, the flavors were full and we had to restrain ourselves from finishing the entire portion. When you're hankering for Italian food, definitely opt for a Francesca's restaurant over Olive Garden!

First time including the kids in a dine at Francesca's & they loved it too. Not often that you find kids being welcomed at a fine dining experience. Their plates were just as fantastic as ours. This is always one of our top five favorite places to dine. What a treat.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was attentive but not overbearing, the food was quality and the timing of the food was perfect for our occasion. The ambiance of the place was cute and well designed. The GM of the place found out that my wife was pregnant and ran out to buy us sparkling grape juice! Thanks so much, we had a blast! :-)

We went to Francesca's for my birthday. The whole experience was great from calling about reservations through the dinner service. Mike the gentleman who took the reservation even put a note in their system that it was my birthday and to comp us some dessert. Our waitress did a great job we never felt like she wasn't around but I didn't feel like she was hovering. The food was good. They offer a nice variety of Italian dishes. They also offer dishes at varying price points. The night we were there I think they had a veal dish which was 30 and probably the highest ticket item. Every one enjoyed their meals and my family has fairly broad tastes. I believe it was around 25-30 for each of use including a couple of appetizers for the table and drinks. A great thing I noticed is it's the kind of place where if you're a regular they remember you. I watched an older couple come in and were greeted by name not just from the hostess but some of the wait staff too. All in all I definitely would recommend Francesca's if you're looking for a nice meal with wonderful atmosphere.
