Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Naples
Naples' Pavilion Shopping Center is home to a number of designer and luxury shops, retail stores and restaurants, so Fleming's is a good fit for the area.
Fleming's is known to offer one of the most extensive wine-by-the-glass programs in the country, so one doesn't have to commit to one bottle. The great part is that the restaurant's wine director personally picks out every choice.
That's a great fit, of course, for Fleming's steakhouse concept, which goes way beyond what's expected. Steaks (hand-selected USDA Prime, certified Angus and Wagyu beef) are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's also boasts modern accents on steak accompaniments such as truffle-poached lobster, diablo shrimp and lump crab meat that's Oscar style with béarnaise sauce.
A number of non-steak entrees are also popular at Fleming's in Naples. Choose from roasted double-breast of chicken, cold water king crab legs and barbecue New Zealand salmon fillet.
Appetizers are even above the norm with creative offerings such as tenderloin carpaccio, pan-crisped pork belly and lobster tempura.
Sundays at this location are reserved for the prime rib dinner, which consists of a 12-ounce prime rib served with a trio of sauces; salad, side dish and dessert.
