Red hot restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff opens a contemporary casual eatery in the space that was once home to Steve's Deli. Though Dillman's specializes in classic Jewish deli fare (think house-made bagels and lox; pastrami sandwiches), the decor errs on the slicker side--ala Sodikoff style.
