DC Prime Steakhouse owners Rick Crowe, Mark Craig and Kevin Cox chose their restaurant's name to honor the rich heritage of our nation's capitol, and America’s unique privileges of freedom and choice. Its mission is to deliver an inspired menu, a rich atmosphere and superior service.
The restaurant serves only USDA prime beef, which is the top one percent of all beef in the United States, and it originates from Consumers Meat Packing of Chicago. The same superior standards apply to their fresh seafood, which is sourced direct from North Coast Seafood of Boston; the whole lobsters from the cold waters of Maine; and the Mero sea bass steaks are overnighted from Honolulu Fish Company.
Every Thursday features live music in the restaurant's lounge.
