Fans of long-time Jewish deli Ashkenaz were pretty bummed when it shuttered in 2012. Most were hoping for another deli to takes its place; instead new owner J Wolf had much different plans. With Da Lobsta, it's all about the luxurious crustacean, including lobster rolls, lobster bisque and lobster grilled cheese. Wolf has also brought in Michael Taus--who closed Zealous in December 2012--to act as consulting chef.
