Owner Robert Szczytko's father bought this shop in 1947, and they still make their Chicago-style corn-roll tamales in the original machine. This shop claims to have developed the meatless chili corn roll served at countless hot-dog stands around town.

This is the real deal Veteran Tamale shop has been here since 1947 you can buy supplies for your next party or just lunch for your man or family 20 tamales for just 10 bucks !
