My boyfriend and I had a lot of fun on a cold winter's afternoon here. Our best out of 3 rounds turned into best out of 5. We appreciated that you pay based on time rather than number of games. Bowling is self-scored which makes it a bit more fun, as you have to be involved in keeping track of the score. Having Burnt City Brewing next door/ attached certainly contributes the the atmosphere. You don't have to settle for any lite domestic beer. The bar is well stocked and bartenders are ready to serve.

Cool atmosphere, but terrible service. Our group of six showed up without a reservation and said we wanted to bowl. The bartender said "sure" and then asked if he could start us off with drinks. After delivering our drinks, he told us no lanes were open and we'd have to wait for over an hour for a lane. We were upset that we got hooked ordering drinks and then couldn't bowl when we literally just told this same person we wanted to rent a lane. When we complained, he said we'd have to wait only 40 minutes. (Why the decrease, I don't know.) We requested a refund for the drinks so we could go, and the bartender complied after some hesitation. He then told us we needed to leave. Gladly.

Great place to go bowling! I came here for a party and it was a blast. The bowling, shoes, and food were included in the party, while drinks were extra. We had four lanes to use, scores were recorded on paper, and if you didn't want to keep score you could just free bowl for fun. The food was excellent as well.

These place is the greatest, and the staff is just incredible. They helped us pull together a last minute wedding that took place out on lane 2 of the bowling alley. Everyone working there was incredibly supportive, helpful and friendly. Awesome food, beer selection was on point, and the old school bowling was just the best. Not sure if you should check it out? Do it. You won't regret it.

This is an adorable little bowling alley/lounge. I visited for the Chicago Beer Week event (Prehistoric prom) and loved the prehistoric films (Barbarella, of course) and their dinosaur themed shots. I'm looking forward to going back on a less busy evening for more bowling and fun.
