I was in Logan Square and wanted to check out a place for dinner I haven't been to before and decided to check out Saba. I was easily able to get a table...
Saba is such a hidden gem. The Italian cuisine is a perfect addition to these small strip of bars and restaurants. They have a mushroom pizza that will know k your socks off. The chocolate cake desert is a must to seal the deal.
For the price I guess I expected more... Overall, the food was missing flavor. It's Italian food, some of the most flavorful dishes come from Italian recipes and yet each dish felt underwhelming. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly though! Atmosphere was really lovely too. But I wanted more from the recipes.
Amazing mushroom pizza and caress salad. Parking in this area can be tight but not impossible. They have a bottomless brunch on weekends I have not yet been to but am eager to attend in the near future! Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this place. My favorite is their Margherita pizza. It is seriously the best in the whole city. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to a...
Cute spot with a very homey feel. Loved the aesthetic of the bar and would definitely come back for light bites and drinks with some gals. The rest of the...
Went for Valentine's day with a reservation for two. The tables were lit by candlelight and there was a rose at each table which was quite romantic. Their pizzas are huge and can definitely be shared by two people. The pasta that comes in a cheese wheel is definitely a must as it is both an experience and delicious.
I came here to celebrate my sisters birthday, with my daughter and niece. The food was delicious, drinks where so good too. However although it is a restaurant this place is not kids friendly. My daughter spilled her water by ACCIDENT and the lady who came by to clean it, made very disturbing comments, “When I had my kids I will not go out.. Maybe not having a drink. Obviously I was being judge as a mother, because what that lady don’t know is that I just worked 50hr a week and a deserve to take myself and my daughter out to eat and yes I deserve a drink. By the way my daughter was well behaved. The owner stop by to say hi and yet I did not mentioned it to him because I am a better person. Well I won’t be coming back for lack of empathy.
