Decided last minute to come to Ruth's Chris. Restaurant was busy but they still managed to get us a table for 8 with no wait. Carrie our waitress was very attentive made sure no ones glasses were empty. Dinner took a while to come out (1 hour and 10 minutes),,, but there were 8 of us, and drinks kept flowing and good conversation was had. Each meal came out in elaborate style with sizzling butter. Everyone was pleased with their dinner choices and the service of our on point waitress Carrie. And the mints on the way out were a great finish.

Brought my mom here for her first time to celebrate her birthday and the staff made it such a memorable experience. The manager, David, really went above & beyond for us. He personalized our menus, decorated our table and surprised us with a champagne toast. The food was amazing, shout out to Victor the chef. The service assistant Charles kept our table clean and our server Luís was so funny and personable. Such a wonderful night and it wouldn’t have been possible without everyone there taking time to make it so. Thank you, Ruth’s Chris for a great night!

Jarvis and Luis are wonderful waiters! Highly recommend! Top of the line customer service, date night could have not gone better. Akeem accommodated us with only the best and Memo made sure our table was in tip top shape! Chef Victor came out with a request from my boyfriend and lit our desert on fire, the night could have not gone better. Thank you so so much!

We really enjoyed our time here, all of the staff are attentive and know the menu. It was clear to us that they work as a team. Our server was Jarvis, who I had read about on other reviews, and he is absolutely wonderful, a master of his craft in every sense. Jarvis paid attention to details, going out of the way to learn everyone’s names and splitting dishes that he knew would be shared (we didn’t even have to ask). Of course come to Ruth’s Chris because of the world class steak and sides, the beautiful atmosphere, and river walk location… but all that pales in comparison to how great our server was and we left enriched for having known him for just that small slice of time. Go see Jarvis!

I was served by Javis. He greets everyone by name and makes sure that his customer's needs are met. He provided recommendations and a little history of the restaurant (and himself).He is truly an asset to this location. Working in tandem were Israel and Memo. Israel noticed I ordered the fillet without butter and brought butter on the side for my crab cakes. So intuitive! Thank you! Memo was was very professional delivering plates and refilling water. Great outdoor patio area to enjoy your dinner.
