Honestly have been to Ruth Chris a handful of times by now, and I was surprised by my partner to go back to celebrate a new job I acquired recently. We invited our close friend who has never been, and were excited to show him how amazing the experience was - the food definitely remained consistent but the service was not great, at all. Phil from the jump introduced himself in a dismissive way, and hardly filled drinks unless asked throughout the service. We had to catch him in passing and route to ask for him to take our orders as well as payment. Took much longer then I have experienced and other tables sat after were served their food before we noticed. He didn’t even ask if we were celebrating anything like we’ve always been asked when we come nor did he ask if we wanted any sauces or what we needed. My steak was slightly undercooked, but couldn’t really say much if i wanted. Hardly saw him. There was an issue with payment so he dropped the check off again and we had to wait ten minutes for it to be picked back up where eventually another really nice gentleman took it for us, and finally we were able to leave. Disappointed in service, so will definitely visit a different location although we live so close. Sad the moment was sunken with that energy.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights and Friday 8/19 we ordered the 3 course special l, I was super excited because when I ate there in December of last year , I had the best experience ever. This time my experience was still great but the food was mediocre. The oysters were a hit, my steak was not cooked correctly and broccoli was ice cold, but the plates were piping hot. My boyfriend loved the oysters as well but his pork chop looked cooked on one side and not cooked on the other. My spicy margaritas were awesome… Our server Drew V was absolutely, hands down one of the best servers I ever came across!!!!! He answered every question we had about the menu and it’s not because he practice the menu for his job he knew about each item from experience so you get real honest feedback. He handle my boyfriends issue by getting the manger whom was super nice and understanding as well. He took the food off the ticket and apologized as well as Drew did. The kindness, helpfulness and the above and beyond that we got from Drew was our best experience!!!!Drew you are awesome!!

The gumbo and steak was good as usual. But service at the bar was the worst I have experienced at Ruth's Chris. The manager on duty was better then the bartender. Never got my dessert that was part of my 3 course meal. I had to ask to remind her, even then I never got it. Asked for it to go, nothing. Ended up just leaving without. Disappointing.

Holds up to the standard of its peers. The tomahawk and shoestring fries were lovely. Love how I can bring the bone home. If possible, try not to go on weekend nights.

The atmosphere was excellent, me and my wife went there for our anniversary. Our server was great and very polite and very knowledgeable of their menu. The food was great. For me we will go on special occasions because it is costly, but nice.

My food was amazing! Best steak I ever had. Every clean including restroom. Waiter was a very nice gentleman with great knowledge of the menu. Steak was tender and juicy cooked to perfection. A must try steak house!
