RPM Seafood - Chicago

First came RPM Italian. Then came RPM Steak. So it was natural for RPM Seafood to follow. With the latter, Lettuce Entertain You has gone all the way out, aptly situating the restaurant directly on the Chicago River.

RPM Seafood is the final phase of a multi-level waterfront project that includes RPM Events, a private events venue, and Pizzeria Portofino, an Italian Riviera-inspired casual restaurant. Highlights of the interior include a 2,000-square-foot terrace, panoramic views of the Chicago River and a second-floor mezzanine with two smaller private terraces. The space is nearly 11,000 square feet inside and 2,500 square feet outside and seats 350 and 120 guests, respectively.

A seafood lover's paradise, RPM promises a premium experience, offering some of the world's best catches. Menu highlights: crudo and tartare; seafood towers; a bone-in swordfish steak; charcoal-grilled black bass with Moroccan spices; and an update on an old Chicago classic, the Peekytoe Crab de Jonghe with garlic butter and espelette.

Meat lovers should delight in choices like the 100-day, dry-aged Olive beef from Japan and grass-fed New York strip from Tasmania.
