We always have an excellent dinner here! I love that they are family owned and operated. The fish dishes are fresh and delicious. The pastas as always cooked and dressed perfectly. Agostino’s isn’t fancy or fussy. Just great food and excellent service. Love it!

The food is absolutely top notch, walk-ins are frowned upon. So make sure you get a reservation.

~Excellent food. From the warm rustic bread to the minestrone soup to the Red Snapper special, the flavors were all great. Both pasts were extremely good tasting as well. ~Atmosphere. The large dining room has extremely white lights (like you’d have in an office). A softer light would be better ~Parking. Difficult. Their parking lot is very tight. I recommend parking on Harlem Avenue ~Attire. Very casual. ~Bottom Line: Really great food in a relaxed environment

Newly reopened absolutely amazing authentic Italian restaurant! Food is to die for, from the appetizer to the desert, exquisite. Service is top notch quality just a little slow due to short staffed as is everywhere. Highly recommend!!

I believe this is the best italian food, and certainly the best italian seafood, that I have had in chicago metro area. Since the pandemic, and agostino’s hopefully very temporary closure, we have gone to several other italian restaurants. They range from meh to good, but never nearly as good as agostinos,s, we can only hope for a rapid re- opening. Agostinos is as good as anyplace we have been in southern Italy

I don’t understand how this place has a 4 start rating, but the food was terrible. We came in to eat before the pandemic happened. We were the only people in the entire restaurant (which should have been a sign). Everything we ordered was soggy and lacked flavor; the bill was ridiculous for the quality of food. No problem paying $140 for a table of 4 IF the food is good. Will not be coming back here ever.

Claudia ,Santana and Brenda and Alvaro are the BEST! We’re visiting from Miami and New York, and they were very attentive, very friendly, always asked if we’re ok,best customer service I’ve had in awhile! COME HERE!

Amazing soupa de pesce. The portions were plentiful for two people. The soup had every type of fish in the bowl with a great tomato sauce that soaked up the flavor. The service was very attentive and answered all our questions.

We came here to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 7:30 WITH A RESERVATION. When we were going to order THE WAITER TOLD US THEY HAD RUN OUT OF EVERYTHING BUT A COUPLE OF ITEMS! They don’t close until 11pm so it’s not like we went super late. The executive chef came out and recommended other food and then MAGICALLY some BUT NOT ALL of the dishes we originally wanted were available! They made our order too spicy when we asked for non spicy. Waiters gave bad customer service too. Long story short we had too many issues to really enjoy our food. FOOD WAS OK not great not bad. I took all of it home, had to microwave it and eat it later. NO COMPENSATION, NO DISCOUNT AND $125 BILL ****WILL NOT BE BACK****
