Since 1967, Peep's has been supplying the hot-dog fix for the Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights area. Owner Sharon Rossman (or "Mrs. Peep," as we like to call her) is behind the counter almost every day, dispensing Vienna Beef dogs, fries, gyros and steak sandwiches.
