Great Naf-Naf experience. Despite being very busy, my food was ready early and was absolutely delicious. I also loved the heart shaped pita, wasn't sure if that was just because of valentines day but I loved it. ❤️

I lived in Chicago for some time and now live in Virginia where we dont have Naf Naf Grill... I personally like Naf Naf grill a lot and love their pets pockets, so anytime I'm in Chicago I go to NNG at least once..

Used to really appreciate this place but today’s visit was subpar. While the quality of the chicken hummus bowl was good, the portion was much smaller than it used to be. Also the fries were somewhat undercooked and not very fresh.

The food was pretty good and they prepared my pita fairly quickly. I got the chicken schnitzel which was an odd choice and probably should have gone for falafel or schwarma instead. They put on too much spicy sauce, more than I asked for, and that wasn't great. But overall I would say the food and service was worth the relatively low price of $10.

I visited this location on Tuesday, July 12 for the first time and the entire experience was great. Everyone working was so incredibly friendly and hard working. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I will certainly be back!

This is a regular lunch spot for me and the customer service is always fantastic. The food is fresh, healthy and filling! Not to mention very affordable. I get the chicken salad, and they’re always very nice if you ask for a little extra of any ingredient. Highly recommend!

Where do I start! This place is AMAZING. The staff was friendly and inviting. The food was scrumptious!!! Bravo, Bravo Bravo. The food was so good Michael Myers could have served it and I would be back. I was a huge fan of IDOF but Naf Naf has taken the title. The seasoning used and flavor created were definitely mouth watering. I wanted to jump on the countertops and create a TikTok video giving Naf Naf nothing but the highest accolades but figured the other customers may not appreciate the disturbance. My good friend Kelly A encouraged me to give Naf Naf a try and she definitely had my best interest at heart. Words can't describe how much I enjoyed my lunch. I would go back at closing and ask for the scraps ( none of those items deserve to be tossed). If anyone is considering Naf Naf don't waste another second.

The location on Washington in Chicago is FANTASTIC! Especially Jessica. I placed a catering order and made a mistake when entering the date. Jessica was very accommodating and helped me remedy the issue so that my order was ready at the correct time for my team. THANK YOU!

The food here is awesome and cheap. Huge pita sandwich is only $7, and the flavors on the meats are excellent. Best falafels in any fast food place, by far.

I come here frequently for lunch and dinner because this place gives good value for the amount of food, quality of food, and the fact that you can create a decently healthy meal. I'm a member of their rewards program. Earlier today, they had issues with their payment processing system so they comped my meal. In this day and age, you rarely see companies (especially chains) conduct business "the right way." These guys do.
