The service for the most part was good! Some employees were very helpful and nice while others not so much! Some more excellent than others! I purchased a Le Labo candle and was happy to see that it had my name on it. However, upon unboxing the candle I saw that the wax was poured unevenly and the candle label was folded which is not the quality I would expect from Le Labo nor Nordstrom. Regardless, I had a luxurious and friendly experience at the store!

I'm always excited to shop here at Nordstrom. It's easy to find beauty products and women's clothing in department stores. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Nordstrom has the best customer service. And this location has a bar in the middle of the store. Love it! The pickup let's you try stuff on nearby & will open your packages for you, if you want them to.

I was looking for a great gift for my husband's birthday, so I thought about this place. I'm glad I chose it because not only did I find the perfect gift, I was helped by a wonderful person on men’s watch section who assisted me by helping me choose a beautiful watch. he took the time to show me several, even asking me what my husband liked to get a better feel of what would suit him. he was awesome!! I love this store because their service is wonderful and the merchandise is always on point!
