Dion Antic of Porkchop has taken over the former Nylah's Cafe to open a gourmet grilled cheese shop serving 10 to 12 different sandwiches. In addition to grilled cheese, Melt will serve artisan meats and breads, and there will also be a big focus on organic, gluten-free and vegan items. The concept targets moms and kids. CLOSED in early November 2012.
