Ten different varieties of caviar and roe, alongside a stunning selection of sushi and sashimi, might well lead you to believe that Mansion on Rush is a seafood restaurant, and for some it may be, but there's also an incredible lineup of steaks. Enough to make a die-hard carnivore blush, Mansion on Rush rolls out a stunning selection of American Wagyu (New York Strip, Zabuton, Filet and Round of Ribeye) and a perfectly marvelous Japanese Wagyu sold by the ounce.
To go along with this range of super high-quality proteins, there is a broad and deep wine list of reds, whites and sparklers, by the glass or bottle.
There are also some fine vegetarian options, like like caramelized plantains and grilled purple asparagus, though we'd recommend the Wild Foraged Rare Seaweed, an unusual gift of the sea from Southeast Asia, and this is just one of the many items at Mansion on Rush that you're unlikely to find anywhere else in Chicago.
