Went here for the UNCAGED show and sat at the front bar. The bartender Tony was extremely rude from the start. And when I got the bill it was EXCESSIVE. And when I asked why it was so much for two drinks he told me “we only sell premium liquor here so” and sauntered away. My friend then asked if he could get a little more vodka in his vodka redbull that tasted only like redbull and Tony said “that’ll be an extra $6” when my friend said no he said “oh bummer” and stormed off. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from a bar. Thankfully I went to the back bar and explained my situation to the bartender Rob and he thoroughly apologized for the way Tony treated us and actually explained why the drinks were how they were. Because of our experience he was kind enough to offer us a shot each on the house and made sure we felt heard. I would give this more stars but the experience with Tony really turned me off. I won’t be back to this bar. Rob however was fantastic and I appreciate him and hope he gets the best tips. I know this is Chicago and boystown, but to be charged $30 for two basic drinks was excessive. And to not be given an explanation and instead blown off, was the icing on the cake on why I will not be here again. Tony needs to have better customer service skills. He clearly doesn’t understand how to talk to people and de-escalate a situation.

Love this bar a lot of fun nice and friendly dancers not mention very hot and bartenders did a great job and drink not pricy at all will comeback every time visiting Chicago
