Monday night 1/2 price pizza. The pizza is O.KAY. I've had better at a lot of different places. And my husband said and I agree, they're being stingy with the sausage on the sausage pizza. Well, at least it was on sale. On the upside, friendly and speedy service. Well lit, cheerful atmosphere, caters to all ages.

It took almost 30 min to get my bottle of wine. The restaurant was pretty much empty and it still took my waiter a really long time to come to the table. The food was subpar and service was slow. The bottle of wine was very reasonably priced. I definitely would not recommend the spaghetti. It had no flavor.

We came for the pizza and mozzarella bricks (amazing) at about 7p. Our server forgot to put in the mozzarella bricks and laughed when we reminded her, but did not offer a solution to us. Our pizza took about an hour to cook and every time our server came to the table... she asks, "still waiting?" Were we supposed to leave? Here's the kicker, another larger family came in about 30 minutes after us and had gotten their pizza before us. I believe it is because we are white and they are black. We asked for the check and that took an additional 35 minutes to get. Will never go back. Awful awful awful.

Local family friendly Italian eatery in Chicago Beverly Neighborhood. Service was great, food was good with decent portions. Great place to go with friends on a relaxed night out.

I would have to disagree with the previous reviews. My Boyfriend and I both ordered the Chicken Fettuccine with a side salad and ranch dressings, the pasta had great flavor and the Chicken was so yummy :) the salad tasted very fresh, and the kick ass garlic bread was outrageously yummy :D out watress was so sweet and friendly. I would definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work Leona's!
