Joy Yee's Noodles - Naperville

Delicious Asian style drinks! Their menu is so extensive its difficult to know what cuisine they specialised in. Anything from Chinese, Thai, Korean, possibly even Japanese (cannot recall). This place is popular and always busy. But service is quick and efficient and no frills. A good casual place to grab dinner. We didn’t order anything that particularly stood out for us, but we think its worth trying a few more times. Must try the bubble teas and smoothies. Very good.

Been going here for years!! Love this place from the moon and back!! Always same dish for us lemon grass chicken + tomato beef cube rice + basil beef chow fun + (always try one new dish) . Lastly for the ride home mango bubble tea x 2 :) + the leftovers .

Rude and unprofessional staff. Drove 6 hours to see my family and went out for dinner for the first time in months and our waiter, Jay, makes a rude comment about my sister’s weight to my mother. Completely shatters her confidence, embarrassed her, and laughed it off once my face changed to anger. And then at the end of the night, the gratuity is automatically added to our bill! An 18% tip to a waiter that ruined my entire family’s night! The next day I spoke to the manager over the phone to which she basically responded with, ‘it was just a joke, no hard feelings.’ and I quote, ‘Well what do you want me to do about it.’ Management took NO responsibility and brushed it off as well, no repercussions to hurting a young woman’s self esteem UNWARRANTED. So unprofessional, rude, and completely unnecessary. The audacity of an older man to joke about a young woman’s weight, one who is BEAUTIFUL and would never even breathe in his direction if he weren’t our waiter. My family frequented this location often, WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. I guarantee that the staff talks behind your back if they think you can’t understand. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH INTEGRITY.

Have been there multiple times. One time the service was very slow and unresponsive, other times it was better but still slow. Food was very good both times. Place was very busy and kept clean. One of the largest assortments of teas/bubble teas I've seen.

Great spot for bubble tea, but the tapioca hasn't been good here in years. Either it's too hard or too overcooked (more the later then the former). I recommend getting the jelly/ other extras instead. The food is great too and the prices are reasonable overall. It's been a while since they've remodeled, but it looks so much better than it did before.
