When we first arrived the room we were given was tiny. This was sorted the next day by Nessa and we moved to a bigger more acceptable room. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Unfortunately there’s no fridge or coffee making facilities in the room but coffee is available in the foyer in the morning and during our stay there was also a breakfast box provided. Rooms aren’t serviced if you’re staying 3 days or less but can be done on request. Towels etc can be replenished as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great for getting around Chicago. Also, taxi’s can be booked on request. All in all, a very pleasant experience staying here. Definitely recommend it.

great location and that’s about it. no one cleaned the rooms our entire stay. we never got fresh towels or had our trash taken out. the AC did not work and the shower was either satans breath scorching hot or tundra winds of -50 fahrenheit. safe to safe i was glued to the wall of the shower and completed my shower in 10-15 seconds. the ice machine on our floor didn’t work so everyday we went down 5 floors to get ice.
