My Organization (Impulse Group Chicago) ordered from County Barbecue for our Memorial weekend gathering. From the start, Bonni stretched herself to extra lengths to provide us with a menu that would be affordable and tasty. Getting an invoice and scheduling a pickup date were a breeze. On the day of pickup, I personally picked up the food and upon arriving Bonni sat me down and made me a plate of food while waiting for my lyft ride (now why she go and do that lol). I had the opportunity to talk with Bonni about the history of the restaurant, discussed opportunities to work together for community collaborative projects and witnessed firsthand the family experience she gives to all her customers. Yesterday was fantastic! The menu is simple, the specials are amazing, and most importantly is delicious! I think I found my new favorite bbq place.

My husband and I stopped here for some food before a concert at Credit Union 1 and were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible. We got the meat sampler and a side of garlic fries. Staff very friendly as well. Definitely will be back!

Pulled pork sandwich, corn pudding, Mac n cheese. The sandwich was good, could do without the Mac and cheese, and really enjoyed the corn pudding. The portions are large, not sure if it’s worth the price though. $25 just for a sandwich and side? Ouch!
