Terrible customer service. Their popcorn used to be good. Now a bunch of kernels and small pieces in a $90 tin. Customer service states they will call you and it’s been 3 months now without a call back or even an email. I used to buy this for holidays for myself and others as a gift. No longer will do business here as their quality and personal staff lack customer service or a good product anymore.

Garrett popcorn is a must to try while you’re in Chicago. It truly is a “Chicago tradition.” I got the cheese flavor and I really enjoyed it. I liked the service in this branch. Plus, their portions are pretty generous for the small size. Enjoy! 🍿
