Was happy with the service, the speed, the ambiance, and the food. I ordered medium rare for my steak. It was just a tiny bit more done than I prefer, but was still juicy and hot. The shrimp and mushrooms also came hot. Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Inside was a bit cold for me, so I enjoyed the patio with the beautiful plants and fountain nearby.

Top notch food and service. There is always a manager at the front when you walk in. I never get her name but I wish I did. She is awesome. Sweet woman and always makes everyone feel so welcome! We come in to sit at the bar usually. The bartenders are all just amazing. They make dinner exciting for my husband and I! Will continue to be back twice a week for as long as my fav bartenders are there!

Appetizers was great!! You can really fill up on appetizers if you want. They are "Pricey", the food was good, depend on what you order, my friend ordered ribs, those ribs were just right, tender, sauce on both side's and not on just one side of the rib. The salmon could have had more flavor, that's what I ordered, and my son also, my grandson and his girlfriend, they had burger,s top w/bacon, they said they enjoyed it. Food wasn't bad the menu they need to change the print on the menu, it's so small, that was a big turn off for me the print was to hard to see. Because of the menu I will not rush to go back. The ambience it's dark, they can add more light which would aid in seeing the small print on the menu. The service wasn't to bad, you had to look for the waitress though; and we had to remind her to bring more napkins three times. But other than that, it wasn't such a bad experience.

It was my 2nd time at a Firebirds (first time was in Kansas earlier this year). We were promptly greeted when we arrived and we were quickly seated (we had a reservation). Waitress arrived shortly after we were seated, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She took our orders, and we had our food in less than 10 minutes. The presentation of each dish, as well as the quality and flavor, were excellent. Great place for a romantic dinner, or to celebrate a special occasion. A truly first-rate dining experience! We will be back.

As it's popularity grows, I've noticed a downward trend in the quality of food. They usually knock it out of the park, and it's always top 5 I recommend, but the past few times have been less than satisfactory. I've been eating here for years and hope it gets back on track.

I like my ribeye medium well+ which is usually difficult to make. This restaurant cooked it exactly as I like it (everyone has their preferences). The mushrooms are amazing. The complementary bread is thick, moist, but also soft. Entrance is at rear of building. Atmosphere has dim lighting, which adds a romantic experience to already comfortable seating. Staff is very friendly and professional. More to explore than just steak. Overall quality is proportional to price. Can't complain. Lively choice of music of casual country. Edit: After exploring "similar" restaurants, I'm missing this place already and hope to return soon. It can be difficult to find unique restaurants that don't come with awkward twists. This place did not disappoint. 😀
