Estampa Gaucha - Charlotte
The Brazilian-focused eatery boasts two North Carolina locations, in Melbourne and in Charlotte. It specializes in classic churrasco, or a variety of grilled meats, served directly to the table by roaming gauchos, or servers dressed in traditional uniform.
They arrive to each table with skewers of meats, ranging from New York strip and bacon-wrapped chicken breasts to leg of lamb and Brazilian-style sausages. There is also a fresh salad buffet that is all you can eat. The restaurant is set up to host private events.
