The worst experience ever!!! Food and service was horrible. Andrew, our server was drunk and an idiot. I’m a server In MN and if a server ever performed that horrible they would be fired automatically... He also said that our IDs were fake because they were from MN when they were all real. We were visiting Chicago for st Patty’s day. He kept screwing up our drink orders and acting belergent and confused. The food was horrible, our pasta was cold and burgers were under cooked. He gave us our checks and they were all over charged and incorrect. One of my friends was charged $49 dollars for a $20 tab!! He said it was our fault and didn’t know how to fix it. He said that we will get him “fired” because he was convinced that he was serving minors because of the fact he thought those of us with MN ids were fake. I sure hope he does get fired because the way we were treated was horrible. I’ve never been so upset and disappointed in my life! We got so fed up that we just left and literally my friend got robbed from this place by getting charged for items that were never ordered! I’ve never experience something that disorganized, frustrating, and horrible!!!!!!!

This place is always a great time. It is reasonably priced and always has fun activities. I would always recommend it for a chill night to visit with friends.

I USED TO WORK HERE THE OWNER NEVER PAID ME!!!! HE DOESN'T HAVE COOKS THAT ARE LICENSED, MORE THAN HALF THE GOOD THERE HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE FREEZER FOR GOOD KNOWS HOW LONG. UP TO TWO YEARS OLD!!! UNSANITARY ESTABLISHMENT! THEY ALSO HAVE RATS IN THE KITCHEN THAT LOOK LIKE FAT SQUIRRELS!!! HALF THE TIME THE OWNER MAKES THE BARTENDERS COOK FOOD THAT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK!!! I'M A WITNESS TO THAT, IT'S LITERALLY DISGUSTING HOW THEIR KITCHEN WORKS!!!! IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHY IT'S ALWAYS EMPTY IN THIS BAR, IT IS BECAUSE OF THE OVERCHARGE in the PRICING of the DRINKS AND FOOD!!!! THE BATHROOMS LOOKS LIKE THE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVE IN THERE. THERE'S HUMAN FECES SPLATTERED ALL AROUND THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM, IT HASN'T BEEN CLEAN FOR ALMOST OVER TEN YEARS!!! THE ONLY THING THAT'S NEW IN THE BATHROOMS IS THE TOILET PAPER! (IF YOU'RE LUCKY) THE OWNER DOESN'T LIKE FIXING HIS PLACE AT ALL, NOT HIRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THE JOBS THERE, HE HIRES PEOPLE THERE PAYING THEM LESS THEN MINIMAL WAGE THEN FIRES THEM BEFORE THE CAN CLAIM THEIR CHECKS. I'M WORKING ON A PETITION TO GET THEM SHUTDOWN! THIS OWNER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HEALTH CODES OR ANYTHING, EVEN WORSE TAKING CARE OF HIS WORKERS THAT WORK FOR HIM!!!!! HE'S ALSO GETTING SUED BY ME AND A NUMBER OF OTHER OF HIS EX-EMPLOYEES!!! LITERALLY DON'T COME TO THIS BAR UNTIL THIS OWNER FIXES HIS PLACE UP AND HIRE THE RIGHT PERSONNEL FOR A BAR/RESTAURANT.

I've lived in the area for about five years now, and Crossroads is becoming my go-to place for beers and bar food. Pizza, burgers, bar snacks, wings, it's all awesome. Plus the service is always great. It's usually the same two guys working, and they're both good servers and just nice dudes. Seriously, this place never disappoints.

Great place to watch a game and grab a craft brew. They have a great bottle selection that will keep most beer snobs satisfied and lots of screens so you can catch the game at any angle. Staff is friendly and the owner is typically right out front making sure everyone is having a good time.
