I've placed an online order for a pickup here and received a confirmation.
25 minutes later when I was already arriving at the place I got a call from their manager saying that they couldn't complete my order because of the supplies shortage, they didn't offer me to replace some positions in the order, just stated that they are going to cancel the order.
I was upset that they only managed to call me after 25 minutes when I drove all the way to their place and my order should have been ready by that time.
When I asked if I needed anything to do on my side to receive the refund for the canceled order, they assured me that they will cancel the transaction themselves and I shouldn't be worried about anything.
2 days later when I noticed that the transaction was processed and there was no return, I decided to call the merchant and ask about it.
The guy who picked up the phone said that he had no clue about my situation and offered me to call his colleague who wasn't on-site due to sickness or something. He gave me another guy's phone number, I dialed it, and it was out of service. When I tried to call the restaurant once again, they simply wouldn't pick up the phone from my number and never called back.
That's the kind of service you should expect from this place, and this is how they treat their clients! Simply awful!
Avoid this place if you care about your time, money, and good state of mind!
