Charlie’s Charhouse was established in March of 2005. The Elk Grove Village restaurant is family owned and operated. While specializing in steaks and chops, Charlie’s offers a wide variety of other items as well. Some of those items include fresh crisp salads, pastas and sandwiches. But it does not stop there. They also serve fresh fish daily and have a wood-burning oven that cooks wood-roasted rotisserie chicken and barbecue baby back ribs.
