I'm basing my review off a private party that was held there. It was a family style food service with a cash bar. The decor was from an outside source, but none the less, very nice! The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the food was warm and tasty. On arrival, the bathroom was out of hand towels, but it was addressed quickly after we mentioned it to the staff. Overall, the bathrooms, rooms, linens and silverware were clean. I'd recommend this venue for a party or event.

Occasionally, i go there to get their choice prime rib roast which is reasonably priced considering you get soup or salad plus potato and a vegetable. I had two issues on this particular trip; first my friend orderd the smaller size prime rib which costs less and I ordered the larger size prime rib. At this point, we were still eating our salads when my friends', the smaller, prime rib came out from the kitchen. Where's mine? This man comes out from the kitchen after a few minutes and finally brings my prime rib which is supposed to be larger because it costs more money. We are the only two people at the bar, and this man who I find out is the new GM,and his name is Brad is standing behind the bar trying to figure out where he should place the plates when there's nobody at the bar besides the two of us. I made a kind comment that mine should be a little bit bigger since it costs a little bit more money and he slammed the plate down in front of me and said we measured it and weighed it and walked back into the kitchen. I've been in and out of the restaurant business for 40 years. This dip dog has no clue what customer service is about. What happened to the customer is always right does not happen at Chandler's. I hope Mark Hoffman and Freddie Hoffman and Jim Early read this review.

Migdalia, their catering and banquet manager is amazing. She is patient, detailed and professional. I look forward to our event and I'm she's the reason we chose this venue. I had such a good vibe from our meeting. The banquets have beautiful views, they are very well maintained also. I will.update my review but definitely a 5 star from me so far!

We hosted a lunch for our sons fiance, soup,salad ,main course ,dessert,and than cake, service was very good.

Jose the site manager on duty is absolutely terrible, never coming back here. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else. He did not care that our table was not served, he told us to get food from other tables. Unbelievable.

This was an awesome space! I really enjoyed this rooftop! It gives me all the fun tiki, disco vibes yet still having the luxury of seeing big buildings...
