The food was good and the staff weren't unfriendly. My order was made quickly and the place didn't seem dirty from where I was standing. I ordered shrimp and they gave me a decent amount. No complaints.

Great burrito. Could tell it was going to be great based on the line up and the flight crew eating there. The line went quickly, and the staff were quick and efficient. Although there was a lack of personalization based on how busy they were. Give them a try if in Chicago airport. Right beside gate k4.

It's solid but as a couple of other people mentioned the Miquel burrito has ketchup, which is sweet. So if I had it to do over I would order the Miquel...

Decent food; Good price (for an airport); Bad service. (Employees were very disrespectful of their boss and had a DGAF attitude.) I would come here again...

Having celiac I need to be very careful when eating out. Burrito Beach took great caution in preparing my food. It was delicious and a great treat to have tasty gluten-free food at the airport. The employees were knowledgeable and I appreciated their care. Some seemed annoyed but thankfully still served the food safely and nicely. Will go when I’m traveling through Chicago O’Hare.

This location must only hire rude, apathetic employees who clearly wish they weren't there. The older man running the burrito line this morning (5/23 at 9:30) was arrogant and the rudest of all the employees. Among other issues, I asked for my burrito to be cut in half and he refused. He threw a flimsy plastic knife into my bag and told me to do it myself. Plenty of better restaurants with nice employees in this airport...I should have gone to one of those instead.

I got the char grill chicken burrito at the airport location. I think it's about $11. It's a big burrito for a small person I think I finished it after 2 meals. This one had the longest line out of all the other diners at the airport so I decided to give it a try. They also made it pretty fast but if your have short connecting time it may be pressing it.

I can only give two stars, and that is for the coffee. We got Miguel's Burrito (no idea who Miguel is but he has different taste than me). Imagine a burrito...

Came because I heard how great the gluten free options were and was not disappointed. Staff was very knowledgeable and even washed their hands and got new ingredients for the gluten free bowl
