I have eaten here before and the experience was fantastic and the food was even better. This trip was not so pleasant. Maybe I talked it up too much to my wife and set us all up for failure. I don’t know but this trip was miserable. Our waiter was super nice when he first arrived at our table and full of delightful information. He built the restaurant up too much as well. Because we were not drinking alcohol, we could not even get drinks. Water, yes, but diet drink…nope. Finally received our steaks and they were charred way too much on the exterior and it way over powered the flavor. Still, no drinks. The waiter was way more interested in the larger tables that were drinking and having fun. I get it, usually we are as well but we had started earlier that day and were winding down. When the manager came over she barley listened to us and took a percentage off the bill. It’s not about the money, it’s about the experience and the meal and this time, it was disappointing at best.

Great atmosphere. The filet and fried lobster was a great combination. I will return the next time I visit Nashville.

From the hostess to the waiter (Mike) to the floor manager(Alex)...we were treated like royalty. The appetizer shrimp platter...YES, the entree...YUP and glazed carrot WHAT?! try it trust me! Get the carrot cake...Bob owes me absolutely NOthing on my anniversary night. Thank you all!!

Very nice place to eat dinner! There were pickles and pickled peppers with bread to eat on the table. The food was delicious and our waiter was amazing! The steak I had was cooked perfect and the brussel sprouts are to die for!

My review is from an anniversary dinner in July 2022. This is a restaurant that doesn’t know what it wants to be. The look is elegant steak house, the music is on par with Chili’s and the folks at the bar were loud. Normally this is not an issue but when we’re paying over 100 dollars, I expect better. The food is good but did not knock my socks off. Desert was AMAZING The staff was very attentive. Overall I enjoyed my meal but would say to also look at other places. You won’t go wrong here but I do wish we had went somewhere else for our anniversary dinner

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there. Incredible experience. The staff was so helpful, kind and professional. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. Connie, our server, was as good as any you will find....friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great experience all around.

We had a great experience at Bob's. Our waiter Larry was excellent and took care of us. Ask for Larry if he is working. The food was tremendous, the glazed carrot was top notch. We had a late reservation and did not feel rushed at all even though it was closing time. Tried the Japanese A5 Wagyu and it was legit. One of the better steak experiences and food we've had in Nashville.
