BLT American Brasserie - Chicago
Acclaimed chef Laurent Tourondel of BLT restaurant fame takes over the space formerly home to the short-lived Brasserie Ruhlmann (Currently, he is executive chef at Brasserie Ruhlmann in Rockefeller Center in Manhattan).
The menu features signature items that BLT has become known for, such as Asian calamari salad, wood oven-baked figs and brick chicken Diablo. Of course, there are also steaks, a number of BLT specials and a raw bar.
