Arami Go! - Chicago
The team behind Ukrainian Village sensation Arami head to River North with a more scaled-down version of the original Japanese concept. The menu focuses on a bento box style meal with choice of rice (white, brown, sushi), protein (offerings vary and include spicy tuna, salmon, meats, fish and tofu), tempura (fish and vegetables), grilled and fresh vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, assorted salads) and house-made pickled items and salads. Roasted nori sheets are on hand for those wanting to make their own maki.
