A champion of locally sourced produce and products, Anthony's Restaurants showcase seafood, produce, wines, and craft beers from the Northwest. The Boise outpost is one of several locations for this prominent restaurant group that's family owned and operated. You'll find local, seasonal ingredients from Boise in many of the dishes.
The downtown location serves as a convenient stop for local movers and shakers. At lunchtime, guests may nosh on locally focused dishes such as fresh Idaho rainbow trout that's spiced rubbed, seared, and served with Craisin pistachio rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables. There's also a chargrilled American kobe beef burger served with Simplot fries.
During dinner, there's the signature clam chowder with local potatoes; oven-roasted lobster tail served with dipping butter and an Idaho baked potato; and grilled Snake River Farms wagyu top sirloin with an an Idaho baked potato and seasonal vegetables.
Anthony's also boasts its own seafood company. What was once a permanent shop is now a pop-up concept, so guests are advised to call before visiting.
