 Adorn


Adorn is doing the holidays right with brunch classics: chilled seafood, a hot chocolate station and other sweets dreamed up by pastry chef Bharat Dharmwani ($265/adult, $85/child).

 

Cindy’s Rooftop celebrates with Christmas Eve specials like crispy whole branzino, 12-ounce prime rib and specially selected Champagne offerings, all with a side of spectacular views of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.

 

The Evie is open on Christmas Eve with dishes including the 16-ounce king cut prime rib with creamed spinach, pommes puree and traditional sticky toffee pudding.

 

Lobby at the Peninsula is open Christmas Eve and Day, and on the Day, there’s a brunch buffet you will not believe, with lobster, bouillabaisse, caviar, and lots of desserts ($325/adult; $95/children).

Miru, open Christmas Eve and Day, serves the Japanese traditional holiday meal of fried chicken ($26).

 

Osteria Via Stato cooks up the Feast of Seven Fishes (so you don’t have).

 

RPM Seafood is the place to go for more than just seven fishes with an incredible seafood tower of Maine lobster, oysters and hand-cut hamachi ($290).

Tanta does the holidays Peruvian style, December 22-24, with marinated octopus carpaccio, smoked duck and braised beef in red wine demi-glace.

 

RPM Italian is serving …guess what? That’s right, it’s the feast of the seven fishes.

 

Beatrix locations offer carry out and delivery on Christmas Eve, so you can stay at home and still side-step spending hours in the kitchen. Nice.
