Sikia is operated by the students and faculty of Washburn Tech, a culinary program Kennedy-King College. Their hours are limited, but when they are open, it is a great experience. The space is pleasant, the service is very good, and the food is not only as good as you'll find in any high-end restaurant, it's also absurdly inexpensive.
Not tasty enough but great and fast severing
The food and service were ahead of my expectations. I really loved the vibes of this spot. Wonderful place to take my family out for lunch.
I absolutely love this restaurant and frequent it whenever I can. The food is so impeccable that sometimes I feel guilty when the bill arrives. The butters inspire me to get creative at home and everything tastes fresh. The service is hit or miss but I'd never complain because students are very nervous to do things perfect. I know that I'm not helping but I give everyone a high score because they try so hard. I selfishly want this place to stay a gem so that I can always get a table. Great job everyone!
Had the pleasure of attending a Retirement Party there on Saturday November 26 2016. By far the best service imaginable. Food was excellent also. That Salad was too die for! Thank You for an enjoyable evening; will be back for more excellence!
