The Pine Club - Dayton
Established in 1947, The Pine Club serves as an authentic steakhouse experience in the heart of Dayton, Ohio. It earned its name because first owner Jim Sullivan literally decorated the dining room with pine paneling on the walls.
The restaurant has changed hands a few times over the years, with current owner purchasing it in 1979. David Hulme aims to preserve what the original owner built, which means the venue has maintained the same decor all these years. Another tradition that remains the same is that no reservations are taken.
Menu highlights beyond steak offerings include Nantucket Cape scallops, fried shrimp, and broiled lobster tails.
