Myron’s Prime Steakhouse - San Antonio
Owned by wife-and-husband team Bill and Jo Anna Been, Myron's boasts Chicago prime beef (the top 2 percent of all prime beef in the United States), a full bar and an extensive wine list featuring wines by the glass and bottle. The original location is housed in a remodeled 1924 movie theater in downtown New Braunfels. An outpost opened in 2011 in Alon Town Centre at the corner of NW Military Highway and Wurzbach Parkway. It's modern compared to its predecessor, featuring an over-sized bar with outside seating, a dedicated wine room and overall “Texas Modern” decor.
Each steak cut is hand-picked, dry-aged for 14 days, and then wet-aged for 28 days. Some of the steak highlights include the likes of 12-ounce bone-in filet, 16-ounce Kansas City strip and 22-ounce t-bone. Non-steak options abound as well, from an Australian lobster tail to oven-roasted chicken.
