Dengeos - Buffalo Grove

Large portions of good-quality gyros and other classic Greek food favorites. They also have chicken, ribs and the usual burgers and dogs. For me the gyros is their specialty. The kabobs and ribs are also very good. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. This restaurants has been around over 20 years and is as popular as ever. If you like this type of fare you won't be disappointed.

Great ribs but they weren't hot for fresh food and for being the only people sitting down. First time I came in and ordered mozzarella sticks, they were not even cheesy and cold. I went back and they made it again and gave me free fries but still gave me cold sticks. The girls LOVE being on their phones, especially while a plate is ready in front of them. I heard great things about the ribs so I wanted to try them. The picture is SUPPOSED to be roasted potatoes. Looks more like potato soup. I'm sure the Skokie location is A LOT better.

Love the gyro salad and sandwich. It's a little pricey but worth it. The meat is good quality- not frozen and reheated. Love their fries!

I love gyros but was a tad bit let down by these! The portion was good, but the gyros meat was dry! Not good! I had dengeos recently at the other location...

Little cafe style Italian restaurant that was a super pleasant surprise. Clean and bright, friendly staff and good food for a decent price. Got a meatball sub and it was big with fresh ingredients. Tasty and satisfying. Here’s the breakdown: Clean, inviting interior +1 star; fast and friendly service +1 star; fresh food well made +1 star; a good sit down lunch with a friend +2 stars. For sure a return visit in the future!

Horrible experience. Will definitely avoid ordering from this location in the future. They don't tell you on their website that delivery is thru door dash, every notification comes from their website. They use door dash and you pay the door dash fees. Then they tell you it's your fault for ordering online (again, they don't tell you it's door dash) and that you should've called the store instead of ordering online. Like I'm supposed to know. Then they make the order wrong, completely. Just a horrible place to eat with all the other options available.

Super yummy and fresh! The gyros were tasty with nicely flavored gyro meat and a soft pita. The baklava cheesecake was delicious! Good food for a good price.

I still don’t know how we missed visiting this place all these years! I know I have passed by so many times. The gyros was hands down the best & delicious. We tried gyros sandwich, gyros dinner with baked potato and kids chicken fingers with fries. We loved it, would definitely be back!
