Cabra Chicago - Chicago
Famed chef Stephanie Izard has teamed up again with Boka Restaurant Group for this Peruvian-inspired rooftop restaurant at the Hoxton Chicago hotel.
Cabra is the result of Izard's numerous expeditions to Peru, and ceviche is one of the specialties. There is also an extensive Latin-inspired beverage list of cocktails and wine.
In addition to the celebrity chef appeal of Cabra, the other big draw to the restaurant is that it offers a spectacular view of the city. At night the skyline sparkles as guests mingle on two outdoor rooftop sections of the venue. One also offers a wading pool, bar and sitting area. The pool area is also open to non hotel guests during the day.
The restaurant offers brunch, lunch, all-day dining and dinner. Izard is also behind Duck, Duck, Goat as well as Girl and the Goat, Little Goat and Little Goat Bakery.
