Brigid and I drove out on a Sunday in Feb 2013 to try out the brunch. We where in Ireland last fall, so we knew what a Full Irish breakfast was all about. Place opens at 10:30 the website said, so we got up there around 11:30am, place was empty, just one other table there, we sat down next to the gas fireplace. I ordered the full Irish Breakfast and Brigid ordered the Corn beef hash & eggs. well we waited, tick tock tick tock and waited, and after 45mins it finally came out. Place only had 1 other table of guest who enjoyed there good looking bloody marys.I could not image if more folks would have come in how long the wait could have been. The Irish Breakfast was pretty close, Great sausages, ham, black & white pudding and a tiny serving of Heinz beans. Brig loved her large cornbeef hash and eggs. After breakfast I walked back to the Kitchen area, sure enough a small mexicano chef looked at me like "what" I just smiled. Sign in the window said "Under new Management" Next door to Bridie's the Italian place parking lot was packed and a sign there said Brunch $14.95, I'm just saying.
