I have never experienced the most perfect dine in restaurant but last night I did. Made reservations easily got sat immediately our server/host/ everything else he did was amazing. 10/10 food and service. Very clean good ambience. I could go on about this place. Everyone needs to go here

When I brought it back I was told all he could do was have it thrown back on the grill. Then told me I could leave it on the bar. Never offered to remake it or refund my money. I already took everything off the burger and only wanted ketchup mustard lettuce and pickles. No pickles no ketchup completely made wrong. A complete disaster had to go back to work without lunch weβll I did eat the fries.

Lunch buffet was great on May 24th. Chicken is the highlight. No more lunch buffet as of 7/27/22. Delicious and bold lunch cod.

Before covid this was our go to place when we needed a place that could easily accommodate a large group for lunch. Needless to say its been a couple years since my last visit. I was really surprised to see that we had to order from a menu instead of the buffet-style lunch I was looking forward to. I am happy to say that while this was not the experience we were expecting, all of our food was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was delicious π. I do hope that they are able to bring back the buffet lunch at some point but until.then I will happily return for the steak sandwich.

bad attention from the waiter, he thought I had to guess what was on the menu or how the menu is handled at noon, he almost threw the plate on me, anyway... horrible . and the meat that was there was horrible full of blood, nothing to do with other restaurants like Chima or RΓos they are class restaurants and with a staff that takes care of you perfectly. sorry but yell at you behind the bar and tell you have a seat and then tell you to stand up and help yourself, that's not customer service, it's supposed to come and ask you what you want to eat or how the restaurant works at that time, I have a restaurant and That is definitely not the protocol for serving a customer in a restaurant, especially not in Uptown Charlotte. In the end, personally, the attention was bad and the food honestly did not look appetizing at all.
