We stayed at the Pendry for the first time last week and we absolutely loved it! Erica the bartender was such a gem and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! She even set us up a tour of the building systems. Marco toured us and he also went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. This hotel made our first time in Chicago amazing and I would definitely recommend it!

Beautifully restored Art Deco hotel with amazing staff and modern, quiet, comfortable rooms. Staff was great from the kind Patrick who handled by bags with a smile, to the dining staff who handled my food allergies with grace and efficiency. Great shower and in-room espresso machines. I’ll be back!

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay at the beautiful Pendry this past weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful. We were treated with the utmost respect and care by everyone. We loved our room and its views, we loved the lobby and the historic touches they've brought out in this classic skyscraper. We loved the sitting areas to have coffee or a drink. I LOVED the pool table! We loved the location and we could not have asked for more. I haven't spent much time in The Loop before, but this is the only place I'll want to go back to in the future. The Pendry is classic, and it's proximity to theater, history, parks, and restaurants is perfect; all walkable, even when it's 15 degrees! Thank you Pendry, we'll see you again.

My husband and I stayed at Pendry Chicago the evening of First Look for Charity. We were warmly welcomed by Barry the bellman who took very good care of us during check-in. We were offered a juice drink that Nick the bartender spiked after we gave him a password:) This welcome cocktail was very fun and unexpected! While taking us to our room Barry provided some history about the hotel. We've seen this hotel from the Chicago architecture boat tour and it really does resemble a champagne bottle! The room was very clean and housekeeping fulfilled my request for extra towels/washcloths which was appreciated. Our stay was brief but memorable and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxury Chicago hotel in a great location for enjoying everything the city has to offer!

Highly recommend Pendry Chicago! Beautiful building with great restaurants and bars. Walking distance to so many things! Amazing and very helpful staff. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary date. Everything was perfect. The staff at the front desk is very helpful.

Great cafe with a nice vibe. They have good lunch options as well. There is a good amount of seating if you need a place to work.
